At Lifitarey, we want customers to clearly understand their options when a purchase needs to be returned or when there is a problem with an order.
This policy explains return eligibility, return requests, return shipping, damaged or incorrect products, and refund processing.
180-Day Return Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 180 calendar days after delivery.

Please provide:

- Photos or videos where relevant

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, the product must generally:

Lifitarey offers 180 Days Free Return for eligible returns covered by this policy.
After a return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide the applicable return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact service@lifitarey.com.
Please provide your order number and photos or videos showing the issue where relevant.
After the issue has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.
Customers will not be required to pay additional return shipping costs when the return results from an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed product.

- Provide your order number.
- Identify the product you wish to return and explain the reason.
- Include photos or videos where relevant.
- Wait for our customer support team to review the request.
- Follow the return instructions provided after approval.
Products should not be returned before receiving the applicable instructions.
Return Address
Please do not send returns directly to our business registration address unless specifically instructed to do so by our customer support team.
After a return request has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account after the refund has been issued.

Express Shipping: $11.99 USD
Free Shipping: Available on orders of $75.00 USD or more
These charges apply to the original shipment of an order. Eligible returns are covered according to the 180 Days Free Return terms described in this policy.
