Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders may be fulfilled from our Hong Kong fulfillment location or other partner fulfillment facilities depending on inventory availability, product availability, and delivery destination.

10. Shipping Delays and Delivery Issues

Delivery may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances affecting transportation.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package appears lost, or tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, contact:

A claim will not be rejected automatically solely because carrier tracking indicates that a package was delivered.

11. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 180 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Lifitarey offers 180 Days Free Return for eligible returns covered by that policy.

After an eligible return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return location.
