If we cancel an order after payment has already been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to display our stationery products and related merchandise as accurately as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee that every screen, monitor, or device will display product colors, dimensions, textures, or other visual characteristics identically.

Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting, packaging updates, or reasonable manufacturing variations.

If a delivered product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact service@lifitarey.com so that we can review the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & Typographical Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices and other transaction information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, technical errors, typographical errors, or other obvious inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

Lifitarey reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, product-description, or technical errors appearing on our website.

If a material pricing error is identified before an affected order is fulfilled, we may pause the order and contact you regarding the error.

Where an affected order cannot reasonably be fulfilled and is cancelled after payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Inventory Allocation & Shipping Estimates

Product availability displayed on our website may change as orders are processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we may contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation of the unavailable item and a refund of the applicable amount.

After dispatch, estimated shipping times are:

Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Accordingly:

Estimated Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may occasionally be affected by carrier disruptions, customs procedures, severe weather, peak shipping periods, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances affecting transportation.

7. Shipping Rates

The shipping methods currently offered for eligible orders include:

8. Fulfillment & Cross-Border Shipments

Orders may be fulfilled from our Hong Kong fulfillment location or other partner fulfillment facilities, depending on inventory availability, product availability, and delivery destination.

Our currently designated shipping location includes:

718 Tsai Pond Road, Central and Western District, Hong Kong

The fulfillment location is separate from the registered business address of Jilin City Songbo Trading Co., Ltd.

For international orders, customers acknowledge that delivery may involve customs processing and other import procedures applicable in the destination jurisdiction.

Where duties, taxes, or other charges are collected by Lifitarey during checkout, those amounts will be displayed before the order is completed.

Additional charges imposed independently by customs or other authorities may be subject to the applicable rules of the destination jurisdiction.

9. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation or other applicable notification containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment has initially been accepted by the carrier.

If tracking has not been updated for an extended period, or you believe your package may have been delayed or lost, please contact service@lifitarey.com with your order number and tracking information.

10. Unreceived Items & Delivery Issues

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend first checking the delivery location, household members, building reception or mailroom, and other reasonable locations where the carrier may have left the package.

You may also contact the applicable carrier using the tracking information provided.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact service@lifitarey.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the available shipment information and assist with an appropriate resolution.

A claim will not be automatically rejected solely because carrier tracking indicates that the package has been marked as “Delivered.”

11. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 180 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Lifitarey offers 180 Days Free Return for eligible returns covered by that policy.

Please provide your order number, the product involved, the reason for the return, and photos or videos where relevant.

After the return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Products should not be returned before receiving the applicable return instructions.

12. Return Address

Please do not automatically return merchandise to the registered business address of Jilin City Songbo Trading Co., Ltd.

The applicable return warehouse may be different from our registered business address.

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions.

Unless specifically instructed by our customer support team, products sent directly to the registered business address may not be processed as authorized returns.

13. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Materially Different Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, please contact service@lifitarey.com.

Please provide your order number and photos or videos where relevant.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Customers will not be required to bear additional return shipping costs when the issue results from an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed product.

14. Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the transaction in your account.

Whether cancellation remains possible depends on the current processing and fulfillment status of the order.

If an order has already been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled as an unshipped order. Any applicable return request will instead be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
